Scope of application

The bubble cleaning machine is suitable for: cleaning and soaking of various vegetables, fruits, aquatic products and other granular, leafy, rhizome products. The whole machine is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which conforms to the national food industry standards. Using bubble tumbling, brushing, and spraying technology, the objects are cleaned to the maximum extent. Each stand-alone machine in the assembly line can be customized according to the different processing characteristics of the user to meet the process requirements to the greatest extent. The cleaning speed is infinitely adjustable, and the user can arbitrarily set it according to different cleaning contents.

Feed conveying, bubble cleaning and spray cleaning are completed in sequence;

The conveying part adopts SUS304 chain plate conveyor belt, the chain plate is punched, and the large roller chains on both sides guide the conveying. A scraper is set on the chain plate to ensure smooth feeding and unloading of materials;

A circulating water tank and a filter screen are set up to recycle the cleaning water and filter out impurities; the sanitary pump can transport the water in the circulating tank to the mesh belt at the discharge end for spraying;
Set up a wave bubbling air pump, the gas will agitate the water flow to continuously impact the surface of the cleaning material to remove impurities on the surface;

The box body is made of SUS304 material, and there is a sewage valve at the rear end. The bottom side of the box body has a certain slope to the middle to facilitate cleaning and sewage discharge.
